Unlike used products, however, our devices undergo full testing and our standards are extremely high even for the smallest details - from A for battery to Z for delivery. We keep our promise.

#goodtoknow: Many of our devices do not even have to go through the entire refurbished process, but only the functional check, as they are returns or devices that have been reconditioned by the manufacturer. This means that you are getting a brand new device at the best price!

2. Sustainability - save our planet

Although an iPhone 13 weighs only around 170 grams on average, more than an incredible 64 kilograms of CO2 are emitted during production, in addition to the high-quality resources such as precious metals and rare earths that are also required. A full 80% of the iPhone's carbon footprint can therefore be traced back to its manufacturing process. The whole thing becomes really wasteful when almost brand new devices end up in the electronic waste...if they end up there at all. There are currently over 200 million old cell phones in drawers in Germany alone. 4. You can rely on us! - try it yourself

The idea that the lifespan of a refurbished product is shorter than that of a new product is definitely a myth. Our experienced in-house experts literally put every Janado device through its paces and thus extend its lifespan. All Janado devices are technically in perfect condition and only differ from one another visually. You receive a comprehensive Janado warranty of 12 months on every refurbished device - of course, new goods come with the statutory warranty of 24 months.

We also believe that a 14-day return policy is far too short: give your new favorite product a little trial period to see if it can convince you completely. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to send it back to us free of charge!
