TEAM LEADER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE - HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (m/f/d) in e-commerce / marketplaces

Immediately | Full-time & permanent | Düsseldorf (Heerdt)

HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT US WITH OUR IDEA

  • You lead and manage our customer service team of currently seven employees, promote the development of employees, acquire new talent and create a motivating team atmosphere.
  • You analyze, monitor and develop key performance indicators and create reports in list and presentation format.
  • You handle escalation cases and manage fraud cases.
  • You optimize our CRM system to continuously increase the team's performance.
  • You maintain and expand our knowledge database and conduct quality training to ensure high quality standards within the team.
  • What you don’t have to do, by the way, is actively sell our products – we are not a call center.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU FOR THIS

  • You have relevant professional experience in the context of online marketplaces, review platforms and payment providers.
  • You are familiar with inventory management systems such as Plentymarkets.
  • Initial management experience is an advantage, but this position also allows you to take the step into this management function if you have several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Basic knowledge of key performance indicators in customer service is part of your expertise.
  • You are an organizational talent with strong communication skills, a strong technical affinity and the ability to approach problems in a solution-oriented and analytical manner.
  • Very good German and good English, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
