HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT US WITH OUR IDEA
- You lead and manage our well-coordinated marketing team, currently made up of five specialists. You promote the further development of the team and recruit new talent.
- Performance marketing, SEO and social media – with this focus you develop and implement our marketing strategy.
- Supported by AI tools, you monitor KPIs, create reports, identify deviations and react efficiently.
- You manage advertisements on digital channels and optimize data-driven campaigns.
- You ensure that our values and our vision are lived internally and thus strengthen the Janado corporate culture.
- Whether through partnerships such as with Fortuna Düsseldorf, or in PR work with local media such as WDR and Rheinische Post – you present Janado as an innovative company with a clear vision and regional roots.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU FOR THIS
- Initial management experience is an advantage, but this position also allows you to take the step into this management function if you have several years of relevant professional experience.
- You have gained your several years of relevant professional experience particularly in the e-commerce context and online performance marketing
- Your expertise: SEO, SEA, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing and affiliate marketing.
- You think entrepreneurially and visionarily, have a feel for market changes and never lose sight of the success of our brand.
- Very good written and spoken German and English complete your profile.
