PURCHASE and ADVICE

First and foremost, refurbished is a promise of quality for us. And for us one thing is certain: remanufactured technology definitely deserves a better status than overpriced new goods. Not only because of the many advantages for you but above all because of the enormous savings in resources. However, unlike used products, our devices also go through full testing and even when it comes to the smallest details, our bar is extremely high - from A for battery to Z for delivery. We stand by our quality promise.

#goodtoknow: Many of our devices do not even have to go through the entire refurbishment process because they are returns or demoware that have never been used. So you get an actually brand new device at the best price! As a rule, our logistics team does not need longer than 12 working hours to prepare your package for shipping. We then hand everything over to DHL, well packaged and secured for transport. We do our best every day so that you can have your delivery in your hands as soon as possible. However, how long it actually takes depends on the shipping service provider. Shipping usually doesn't take longer than 1-3 days.

Ouch, of course it wasn't intended that way! Even though we are e-commerce professionals with several thousand shipments a day, our trained team can still make a mistake. What options do you have now?

1. Do you like what you have in your hands and would like to keep it? That's our pleasure! In this case, you will receive a credit from us in the amount of the difference to the original condition. In this way, you help ensure that we avoid unnecessary shipping routes and that our ecological footprint remains as small as possible.

2. Would you rather have what you actually ordered? Then send the device back to us free of charge and we will take care of the rest.Important:In both cases, we ask you to contact our customer service about this.

You should know this in advance: All devices are 100% functional and only differ visually. At Janado we don't like unpleasant surprises. That's exactly why we developed a transparent rating system. You can find the details and sample images on both our homepage and ourRefurbished page. If you are still unsure, simply contact our customer service, they will be happy to advise you further.

All batteries in the devices have at least 80% of the original battery capacity.

You have mail!

You will receive the invoice for your order from us via email to the email address you provided. You can also find a detailed overview of your orders in your customer account (if you have one).

Theoretically yes, practically too...
but only if we have not yet handed over your goods during shipping. In such a case, please contact our customer service at short notice and we will see what is possible.

If your order is already on its way to you, we ask you to refuse to accept the package or have us provide you with a return label. As soon as your package arrives back at our logistics center, we will refund your purchase contract.

This depends on the shipping service provider. Once payment has been received, we will have your package ready for dispatch by the next day at the latest. However, shipping usually takes 1-3 working days.

Houston we got a problem...but don't panic! Check in advance where your package is using the tracking link we provide. If your package hasn't moved for several days and you can't really make sense of the information, then contact us on 0211 97532701 or by email toservice@janado.de. We'll then take care of the rest and keep you updated on how we proceed.

It's very simple. To track your delivery, use the DHL tracking link that we sent to you by email.

We are so sorry… but unfortunately that is not possible. If you are unable to receive the package, the carrier will hand the package over to us again. In this case, we will refund you the full purchase amount. In this case you would have to place the order again. #allgoodthingsaretwo
