Conditions of participation in the competition

The organizer of the competition is Janado GmbH, Hansaallee 321 Geb. 37, 40549 Düsseldorf. Fortuna Düsseldorf is not involved in this competition.

People aged 16 and over are allowed to take part.

Participation period: The competition runs from 06. September 2024, 1:00 p.m. (CEST) until 16. September 2024, 9:00 a.m. (CEST). Participation is no longer possible after that.

The winners will be determined by random drawing immediately after the competition ends and no later than Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) via Instagram direct message from  @janado.de contacted.

The tickets will be sent by email after confirmation of the win.

There is no entitlement to a specific seat or meal in the stadium.

A payout of the monetary value, the exchange of the tickets or a transfer to third parties are excluded.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical problems or other reasons), we reserve the right to to cancel or adapt the competition at any time.

Processing of personal data
By participating in our competition, we collect your personal data Data (Instagram username and contact details) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of properly conducting the competition and to notify you if you win.

This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent before its revocation. Your data will then be deleted.

The data will not be passed on to third parties.

If you win, your participation in the competition by submitting your contact information via Instagram will constitute your consent to the processing of your data personal data is considered for the purpose of processing the competition. This processing exclusively includes the identification and notification of the winner via Instagram direct message and is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us a message. After revocation, your data in connection with the competition will be deleted.

Storage period
We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the decision on the competition. Your data will then be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further processing and use and/or we do not have a legitimate interest in storing it.
